Race Director & Founder Race Ready Athletics LLC
Angela Holder is an event director and community builder with over a decade of experience in the endurance events industry. She is the founder of Race Ready Athletics and the creator of the CaliFlow Runs series, producing more than 50 inclusive running events each year.
Her work centers on thoughtful race production, clear permitting, and seamless logistics—paired with an intentional focus on community, accessibility, and athlete experience. Angela is an RRCA Certified Run Coach and a USATF Course Measurer.
She is known for building events that are well-organized, welcoming, and designed to meet people where they are.
Building Experiences From the Ground Up
Angela directs and produces 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon races, as well as charity and community-based running events, throughout Southern California. Her work spans beginner-friendly races, large multi-distance events, and mission-driven fundraisers designed to support nonprofit and community partners.
Each event is planned and executed with a hands-on approach—covering course design, permitting, logistics, staffing, and chip-timed race operations. Angela has extensive experience managing overall and age-group awards, participant flow, and race-day execution to ensure events are both professionally run and welcoming to runners of all levels.
Whether producing a grassroots 5K, a competitive Half Marathon, or a charity race benefiting local organizations, the focus remains the same: clear planning, strong community engagement, and a positive race-day experience that meets city requirements and participant expectations.

Timing, Results & Awards Oversight
